The Retirement Lifestyle
I inadvertently failed my first retirement. I discovered that my actual retirement lifestyle was different from my anticipated retirement lifestyle and that I was looking for a retirement sense of purpose. When I looked for help there was none as the majority of information on retirement is on finance and not lifestyle! I also discovered that I was not alone in having this retirement experience. I returned to work and began to
study the process of how to make the lifestyle change from working to retirement.  I have since successfully retired. Now I occasionally (because I am retired) professionally mentor potential retirees, provides retirement lifestyle lectures and speak on this topic at national level Human Resources (HR) Conferences.

Based upon
suggestions and encouragement  from friends and clients is was suggested that I write an book on "How to Successfully Make the Lifestyle Change from Working to Retirement"
This book provides informative data, research, and experienced based learnings on how to transition to the retirement lifestyle. It includes information on the the retirement tipping point, the six stages of adjusting to retirement, the three key enablers of a successful retirement, a proven process on how to make the decision to or not to retire, how to engage those closest to you and your trusted advisors in making and adjusting to this lifestyle change, and how to achieve your “anticipated retirement lifestyle.”

The book is now available as an ebook from Amazon for $9.99.

Comment from a Fortune 50 Employee whose company was going through a major change.“ Thanks again for all the help you provided when I was considering retirement. To say the least, your advice was priceless.”

Comments from HR professionals at the Gulf Coast Symposium on Human Resource Issues. “Great information that I can bring to our employees.” “Excellent. Great presentation! I had a shift in mindset of how to communicate with pre-retirees.”

So if you do not want to or have the time to read a book consider watching my Retirement Lifestyle Videos. The following brief YouTube videos feature some of the key retirement concepts detailed in the book "How to Successfully Make the Lifestyle Change from Working to Retirement." The video titles below are directly linked to the videos. All the video are available on my YouTube video channel -  https://www.youtube.com/@jjons1
